The Unique Website Webring

The Unique Website Webring, special and unusual sites, with unusual themes on the sites. Sites that are devoted to something special. Devoted to either artifacts of any kind, cat-animals, anything your heart is burning for, something that is important to you.

Guidlines: The website should be unique, unusual but what is unique for one person might not be for another. The importance is that the site is "made by the heart". I won't put up lots of guidlines as "unique" can be so different for different people.
And according to my belief in individual freedom and free choice and Liberty, most unique and unusual sites are welcome in the Unique Website Webring. However, racism and sites with hatred toward other groups can't be accepted. Thinking of it - the guidlines are Unique and Unusual under the Flag of Freedom, Individual Freedom and Liberty and Free Speech. (Racism is not free speech).

In The Unique Website Webring you will find many different homepages, everyone special in its way - and that is what makes this so interesting and fun.

Do you want to join my webring? All you've got to do is fill out this form. Then you have to email me when you have the code in place, otherwise there could be a long delay before your site is added to the ring. Alright now, get to it! Hope you will enjoy it.

If you would like to choose between logos for the webring, you click on that link. If you want the old style code, click here the code for the Unique Website Webring. Remember to replace the --id-- with the ID you get.

Only the RingMaster is able to insert you in the webring, you must e-mail RINGMASTER.

IMPORTANT: The webring's HTML code MUST be on the page you submit, before I can add your site to the web-ring.

If you want to use the old style webring code

1. Bookmark this page because you'll probably be coming back to it.

2. RIGHT click on the image in the ring panel to save it. Save it on your hard drive somewhere where you'll remember where you put it.

3. LEFT click on the image or on the Join link in the ring panel to go to the Get Started page. Read the instructions you'll find there (the page will open in a second window). Click the Get Started button to get to the add site form.

4. Complete the form, then click the Next button to go to the Review and Submit page. Check all the information, and if it is correct, click the Submit button. If it is not correct, click your browser's Back button to go back and correct the data. If you click the Cancel button, you'll go back to the ring's Hub page.

5. You will shortly get an email that contains your site information. It looks kind of like this:

Congratulations,

You have submitted your site to the Ring titled "The Unique Website Webring." The information you submitted is:

Site Title: Berliner-Mauer's Scale Models
Site ID: 103
URL: http://www.guillotine.net/misc/modell.htm
WebRing ID: berlinwall

The RingMaster has been notified of your request to join the Ring and will notify you of their decision and what actions, if any, to take next.
Meanwhile, you may want to manage your site information and the RingMaster may have special requests, like placing navigation code on your site before being approved. To get the navigation code and to view/edit your site information go to:

http://H.webring.com/wrman?ring=unik&id=103&edit

The Site Title will be the title you entered, and the Site URL must be the URL on which you plan to put the ring panel. The WebRing ID is your own WebRing ID, and the Site ID is the ID number assigned to your particular site. No one else has this number, and if someone else copies the code from your page, they'll never see a single visitor through the ring because all the pointers will be to YOUR URL, not to theirs.

6. Go to the designated URL. Be sure it has YOUR ID number in it, not the number 103 that is shown in this example.

It is very important for you to email me when you have the ring panel on your site. If you do not email me, it may be quite awhile before your site gets added to the ring. As long as your site follows the rules in the white box above, your site will be added to the ring.

If you need to edit your ring profile, copy this url into your browser's location bar:

http://H.webring.com/wrman?ring=unik&edit&id=

Add your ID number to the end of that URL and you'll go to your personalized editing page.
Thanks .... Berliner-Mauer
